Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Before 60 days: Full refund.
• Within 60 days to 45 days: 50% refund.
• Within 45 days: No refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7to 14 working days.

• A no-show will carry a 100% retention charge.
• The hotel check-in time is 1200 hours and checkout time is 1000 hours. Early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability. An additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid will be applicable for late check-outs post 1600 hours and 100% charge will be applicable post 1800 hours. All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved from the previous night.
• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of making the reservation. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards/Debit Cards.
• All non-guaranteed bookings will be guaranteed only after paying 50% advance amount. The hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without prior notice.
• Hotel reserves the right to levy room charge and taxes applicable for the entire stay thereof, as cancellation or no-show charges.
• Special terms & conditions may be applicable to certain promotional rates or during black-out periods.

Your credit card will be charged as ‘ADHVANTA HOSPITALITY PVT LTD’.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adhvanta Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. and/or its associate entities, their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the website material or your breach of these terms and conditions of website use.

Liability

While all reasonable care has been taken in providing the content on this website, Adhvanta Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. and/or its associate entities shall not be responsible or liable as to the completeness or correctness of such information and any or all consequential liabilities arising out of use of any information or contents on this website.
